Raw Breakfast Sushi


This morning I made raw breakfast sushi using a collard green leaf, pecan nut butter, and a banana.

Brad said he wasn't expecting it to taste the way it tasted and that it was GOOD! (yay!)



For an extra punch of nutrients, I made a Chocoberry Smoothie!  

Smoothie Ingredients:  
1 banana 
2 handfuls of spinach 
4 strawberries 
3/4 cup almond milk 
splash of spring water
1 tablespoon raw chia seed powder (high in omegas)
1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder (high in protein and flavor - raw cacao also acts as an appetite suppressant)
1 tablespoon of pecan nut butter (high in protein)




Now tell me that's not better than a bowl of cereal!  
You can't.
Because IT IS better!!!!!!!!!

    That is a perfect breakfast. Yoouu are such a great influence for a girl like me.
